4. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: When you book an appointment online or by phone, you are making a binding commitment to attend. We will send you a confirmation.
• Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Clinic Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

5. Payment Terms

• Medicare Bulk Billing: Services are bulk billed under Medicare for eligible patients with a valid GP referral and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. No out-of-pocket cost applies in these cases.
• Non-Bulk Billed Services: Payment is due on the day of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, card, and electronic transfer.
• Health Fund Rebates: We are accredited with most major health funds. Rebate amounts vary depending on your policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies
• Inform your practitioner of any changes in your health or medications
• Follow treatment advice and exercise recommendations as prescribed
• Inform your practitioner if treatment is not meeting your expectations
• Respect the clinic's policies regarding attendance and behaviour

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPCARE PHYSIOTHERAPY PTY LTD and its practitioners, staff, and agents are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Personal injury or health outcomes resulting from treatment
